Ninaad Music takes pride in presenting one more jewel in the Krishna Series. A Collection of five compositions by Mukul Shivputra; an artist who is an absolute rarity. This genius son of the legendary vocalist Pt. Kumar Gandharva is an enigmatic artist with ever increasing fan following. Mukul's approach to music is analytical, intellectual. In this album, his renditions reflect his sensitivity towards not just the need to pronounce words clearly but even the deeper meaning that the words reflect. According to him it is not possible to describe and interpret Krishna in His totality directly. So, Mukul selected compositions where Krishna, the God is depicted indirectly through the devotion and divine ecstasy of the devotees.
